This year, we are proud to announce our presence at the WomenTech Global Conference, on Jun 7-11. This is much more than an event for us. This is a celebration of our relentless pursuit of equality and diversity in the workplace, a journey we have been part of our entire history as a team and a company.
WomenTech Network is hosting the second edition of the largest virtual tech conference for women, minorities, and their allies in tech, WomenTech Global Conference 2021 June 7-11. The conference is uniting 100,000 women in tech from all around the world to drive change with purpose and impact.
The theme for this year’s conference is evolving around the Future of Work, Open Collaboration, Tech Innovation, and how we as a community can make an impact and change in the world. We are proudly aligned with these themes through our presence at the conference.
The highlight will be the keynote speech of Lucia Stoicescu (Co-CEO of mindit.io),appropriately themed Caring as the New Business Currency, we believe in people above all else and in Lucia’s own words, that “success is a team recipe and it comes from us creating opportunities for others to grow”. It all starts with empathy, with understanding what others need to grow, with building and granting trust. In the end, we, as teammates, as leaders have to pave the way, and set up all the ideal conditions for colleagues to be successful. We build up that trust, empathy through one simple old-fashioned, but strong human action: caring. And we believe that women have a special sense for caring, that is developed in our personal lives, from being a mother, a sister, a daughter, a wife, a friend. The key is to tap into that special power of genuinely caring and bring it into our world of work to build successful business partnerships. In Lucia’s keynote, which will take place on June 8th – 9:30 AM EDT/New York, you will get answers for the following questions:
– Which lenses do you use when looking at partnerships – be them with your dear ones, acquaintances, colleagues, employees, or customers?
– What about the customers of your customers?
– Can their focal point be care?
– Can this shift of perspective have a positive impact on strengthening all partnerships from one year to another?
– Is care the new business currency?

Some of the speakers are the most accomplished women in tech, including technologists and leaders from companies like Amazon, Discovery, Disney, Facebook, Google, IBM, Microsoft. We are proud to be amongst this amazing line-up, especially as we have recently had the surprise to find out that we are the largest female-founded IT Services company in Romania. But there’s still a long way to go, there are still many mountains to conquer and we want to take it step by step, with beautiful people at our side.
