From a couple of days, we managed to cut that time to a matter of minutes by creating an orchestrated flow and a couple of services that automated the processes between the command sent by the operator, with the necessary data, and the activation of the card and PIN. All this was done while including the governance particularities of each type of card – debit and credit.

Credit cards have even more particularities than regular debit cards, so we identified the need to interact with various other systems, which led to additional services being developed.

All other applications are now easily integrated with the flow through this automated setup, including legacy applications. Our partner is already using the custom software solution by mindit.io, and their customers are receiving their credit and debit cards without the usual waiting times they were previously accustomed to.
