We’re so happy to announce that mindit.io won the “Employee Experience” Special Prize and we were among the TOP 50 Inspiring Workplaces finalists at this year’s edition, which took place in London, UK, on May 12.
Each participating organization was asked by The Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2023 committee to complete an entry form that consisted of six key elements. These elements are considered fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace, based on the following criteria:

● Employee Experience
At mindit.io, we have a people-first culture, and we believe in life-long learning, both in our professional and personal lives. Winning the “Employee Experience” special prize shows us that our people value and share the organizational culture we have at mindit.io, as well as the holocracy principles we have embedded in our DNA.
The prize we won at the TOP 50 Inspiring Workplaces Awards comes just a couple of weeks after Irina Arsene, mindit.io Founder, was awarded the first-ever “Inspiring Woman of the Year” Award, at the 2023 EY Entrepreneur of the Year™ Gala!
