This achievement comes as a recognition of all the hard work our people have done over the past year and we couldn’t be prouder and more grateful having such wonderful individuals as part of our kind community.
Last year, we won 3 Silver Awards at the 2022 Stevie® Awards for Women in Business which took place on November 11, at Caesars Palace, in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada.
This year, we’re proud to represent Romania as the only organization from our country that has reached the FINALS, where all participants will find out what place they have finished in, and which award they will receive: Gold, Silver, Bronze.

HOW STEVIE FINALISTS WERE CHOSEN
In the Stevies® evaluation framework, entries achieving an average score of at least 7.50 out of 10 are recognized as Stevie winners, irrespective of their category. The quantity of winners within a specific category reflects the overall number of entries in that category. For the current year, approximately 51% of the over 1,000 nominations under consideration advanced to become Stevie Finalists. Specific entry counts per category are not disclosed by the Stevies®.
The determination of Finalists was based on the mean scores assigned by over 100 professionals during the judging period spanning June and July. You can find the roster of 2023 judges available for reference. Winners in the Employer of the Year categories were chosen through a distinctive amalgamation of evaluations from Stevies® professional judges and the input of over 107,000 public votes.
