What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?

From day one, I was impressed by the community we have here in mindit.io – people who are very open and willing to help you right from the start.

I believe that the foundation of the mindit’s success lies in this environment where ideas are embraced and in the fact that we are encouraged to learn and take the next step in our careers.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I feel like I have evolved tremendously professionally even from day one here at mindit.io.
I have received a lot of support from everyone, and I have been entrusted with many responsibilities, which have boosted my self-confidence.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

I wouldn’t say that there was a specific moment, but rather several instances in my career here that confirmed I’m in the right place for me. From the onboarding and learning phase, to reaching the point where I can inspire other colleagues to succeed within the team.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

This “ideal” day would start with a coffee and a funny story with my colleagues to set a positive tone. Other than that, it would involve focused time to tackle key tasks, engaging in collaborative discussions, solving complex challenges and enjoying a relaxing lunch break. 

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Reliable.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

My wife works in HR, so I think for a day I would like to switch roles with someone in our HR department, just to gain a better understanding of this field. I think that HR is more than people imagine, from managing difficult conversations, to seeing people leave the company and creating events for the team, I am sure it’s a challenging role.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

I think the coolest benefit is the nomad booking. I haven’t encountered this type of benefit before, and I think it’s really cool to be able to travel and work from different parts of our country.

What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?

To take advantage of being in an environment where people are open to help you learn new things and leverage the trust that is put in the employees.

Team spirit. Every day is easier when you know you have a strong and united team. 

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

I would be an NBA player, a dream of mine since I was a child.
