What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?

One aspect that makes mindit.io special is the diversity of projects we engage in daily. The opportunity to tackle a wide range of tasks keeps things interesting and provides me with a dynamic work environment that I find rewarding.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

Being part of diverse projects at mindit.io is a key factor in my professional growth. I’ve had the chance to enhance my UI Design skills significantly and venture into new areas such as video editing and motion design, and even low-code development.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

The moment I ventured into learning motion design while working on a project here solidified my belief that joining mindit.io was the right move. It was a skill that I may not have pursued had I not been able to apply it on a specific use case.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

An ideal workday for me revolves around successfully completing all tasks across different projects. I find immense satisfaction in wrapping up the day with every item on my to-do list checked off, knowing that I’ve made progress.

In one word, how would you describe your team?

I would describe our team as versatile. Each team member brings a range of skills to the table, making our collaborative efforts diverse and well-rounded..

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

I would likely swap roles with someone from the office admin team. I’ve always been intrigued by the behind-the-scenes logistics, and while I imagine it to be challenging, I believe the role would offer a different yet fulfilling perspective.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

The travel budget benefit is a favorite of mine.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how do you live it?

Innovation is a value that strongly resonates with me. I constantly seek out new ideas and tools to apply to our projects.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

Maybe product design, especially furniture design, I would like to work more with physical objects as results of my work and building things that are both aesthetically pleasing and usable, but unfortunately it is a field of work that requires a large space, tools and materials to create what you envision. I guess what I am doing now is kind of a portable version of that.

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

I like watching both movies and shows, and I also like playing video games, especially if they offer an engaging story or experience. My personal favorite show of all time is probably Succession, the most recent one that I liked a lot is Severance. If you like sci-fi and mystery, I would recommend it.
