1. What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?  

For sure the constant exposure to new topics, new challenges, and experiences. Each month is different from previous ones, a new challenge is always right around the corner.

2. How have you grown professionally while on our team?  

mindit.io gave me the opportunity to put years of experience to work and combine various skills. A bit of this, a bit of that. However, If I have to mention something, I for sure need to say Excel ⁠

3. What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?    

The first month in mindit.io was like a breath of fresh air for me. I don’t know the exact moment (like an “aha moment”), it was more like a process of discovering mindit.io and reassuring this feeling.

4. How would you describe an ideal day at work?  

Alongside my team. 

5. What is your team like?

It’s a team with superpowers.  This team has a great deal of responsibility in mindit’s development and objectives, but we are equipped with amazing skills and when one of us needs support, we always have at least one team member coming to help.

6. Which benefits are your favorite and why?  

Mental Health benefit, extra days off, and learning programs available. Why… the first two help me find and readjust the balance between work and personal life, when needed. The learning programs give me the opportunity to explore or develop various skills.

7. What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?  

Be prepared to be challenged and show adaptability  this will give you the fuel to take you career to the next level.

Florist and baker,  for sure, 100% no doubts! 

10. What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?  

Hmmm! As books, “Lilac Girls”, written by Martha Hall Kelly, will remain forever in my heart. Any book written by Fredrik Backman and, last but not least, a book that had a great impact on me: “Quo Vadis”, by Henryk Sienkiewicz. As TV series: for sure Friends, The Big Bang Theory, and The Outlander.

To relax I discovered sleeping kidding! (not kidding). I like gardening and baking (what a surprise.
