How have you grown professionally while on our team?

Being involved in business discussions early on was challenging but hugely rewarding. It boosted my confidence, and now I feel ready to take on any topic with ease.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

When I saw how ideas from every team member were valued, and applied within the team. My input was genuinely encouraged from day one.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

Starting the day with a strong cup of coffee, so that I am energized enough for engaging discussions, tackling challenges alongside the team, and watching our ideas take shape – likely need more coffee along the way 

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Adaptable!

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

I really enjoy what I’m doing and feel aligned with my role. I’ve explored other areas before and I feel I found my way.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

I appreciate the learning budget the most; it allows me to attend relevant conferences on my expertise which is the most interactive way to learn new things. 

What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?

Do the work, embrace the challenges, enjoy the people.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how do you live it?

Authenticity. I bring my true self to every conversation, which creates trust and openness with the people I work with.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

You know that person who tests out luxury hotels all over the world just to give reviews? That would be me! And I’d definitely bring my analysis skills to the job too!

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

I’d recommend Where the Crawdads Sing—it’s deeply moving.

I dance to relax – it just clears everything else from my mind.
