1. What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
One of the most unique experiences I’ve had here is when together with my team we went to the Nomad houses. This allowed us to establish deeper connections and engage with each other in a truly remarkable manner. It’s something that truly highlights the distinct culture and opportunities this environment offers.
In terms of what’s unique about working here, I’d say the collaborative atmosphere stands out. The way teams come together to address challenges and share ideas is unlike anything I’ve encountered elsewhere. It fosters an environment where everyone’s contributions are valued, and innovation thrives.
2. How have you grown professionally while on our team?
This journey marked by growth has taken me from end-to-end IT recruitment to the realm of people and culture partnering, as well as engaging in the challenges of key account management. Throughout this path, my team and my colleagues involved have been great in providing support and valuable knowledge. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!
3. What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
Right from the beginning, I had a sense that mindit.io is the ideal environment for my growth and productivity. The positive feedback I received from my colleagues further confirmed this belief, and I’m thrilled that I chose to be a part of this journey.
4 How would you describe an ideal day at work?
My ideal day at work would be filled with a sense of purpose and excitement as I start diving into my tasks. [do not forget the coffee]; luckily, the collaboration with my team flows smoothly from our Daily Meeting to the end of the day. I find myself engaged in meaningful initiatives, but also in challenges that I believe are met with creativity and determination.
5. In one word, how would you describe your team?
I can’t do it in one word. I will try in three words: collaborative, dedicated, and passionate.
6. Which benefits are your favorite and why?
My favorite one is flexibility. The freedom to choose my work location, coupled with the flexibility in working hours, resonates deeply with me. Also, the organization’s culture & Nomad are also among my top favorite benefits.
7. What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
My advice would be to embrace the opportunity with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Be prepared to challenge yourself and expand your skill set! Above all, align yourself with the company’s values and mission – this will help you integrate seamlessly and make the most of your experience here!

8. What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
The mindit.io value that resonates most with me is “Authentic.” I’m all in for making a space where we can freely toss around ideas and feel comfortable doing it. And when I stay true to who I am, it’s not only a win for me, but it adds to the positive feel of our workplace too.
9. If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
Oh…I’m always changing it and I have many . This time, I would go to being a Detective. From solving complex mysteries, uncovering hidden truths, and piecing together puzzles to anticipate actions, motivations, and behavior. Sometimes I do that if I want to find out something.
10. What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I have a fondness for true crime series and unsolved mysteries. Also, I recently had the pleasure of watching the movie “Heart of Stone,” which I wholeheartedly recommend. I’m quite a TV show enthusiast, and one of my guilty pleasures is indulging in Love Island! :)) When I’m not out and about, connecting with friends & family, or traveling, this is what I’m doing.
