I feel that the uniqueness of mindit.io lies in the speed at which opportunities arise and the way you are encouraged to shape your own career.
Another unique thing about mindit.io is the fact that I feel that this job aligns with my lifestyle and personal life. The approach, connection, and communication here are unique: there is transparency, you are encouraged to ask questions, and you will receive answers.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I joined this company as a Support Engineer, and after a year and a half, I seized the opportunity to transition to a Business Analyst position, which I truly enjoy. In both roles, I have been supported by the wonderful teams I am a part of. I have learned a lot so far, and I continue to learn; I don’t believe this learning process will ever end. I appreciate and am grateful that I was able to attend the annual Business Analyst conference.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I realized that I made the right decision when I saw how much the people around me in mindit.io inspire me, how close they are to me, and that I can ask them any question at any time. This openness and the almost instantaneous help and support make me very proud that I chose mindit.io.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal day at work starts with a good coffee (anywhere, whether at home, in the office, or elsewhere), and it would genuinely be perfect following a successful presentation.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Harmonious (like a band that has practiced a lot and now performs perfectly on stage).
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I think it would be Andrew Hutuleac, I would like to find out what it means to be a developer. I hope to realize that the responsibilities of a BA are not drastically distinct from those of a developer.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Definitely minditNomad and our Therapy benefit. It is nice to see that a company cares about the mental health of its employees.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
If you want a change and desire a workplace where you can learn and apply your experience, mindit.io is the right place. You’ll like it. If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
In a parallel universe, I would like to be able to help people, perhaps as a doctor.
