How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I’ve learned to look beyond tasks and see the bigger picture—how technology impacts business and how to think strategically. I’ve grown through real challenges, constructive feedback, and the support of my colleagues.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

The first time I was given full ownership of a project and my team fully trusted me. That’s when I knew I was in a place where my opinion matters and where I can grow without fear of making mistakes.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

A mix of deep focus, meaningful collaboration (a brainstorming session that actually leads to something exciting), and a fun moment with the team—whether it’s a coffee break or a good laugh on Teams.

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Family.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

I’d switch with someone from HR—it’s fascinating how they find the right people and keep the mindit.io culture alive. I think the most surprising part would be the amount of details and interactions they manage daily.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

Flexibility—both in schedule and in projects. Having real autonomy and a healthy work-life balance makes all the difference.

What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how do you live it?

“People before processes”—I feel this every day. We trust and support each other, knowing we are more than just job titles.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

Probably something related to music or film—sound design, production, storytelling. I’d love to create experiences that inspire people.

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

Movie: “Interstellar”—because it changes the way you see time and choices.
Book: “The Infinite Game” by Simon Sinek—a great mindset shift for building something sustainable.
Relaxation: A walk, a good TV series, or gaming.
