What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
One of the things that happened to me here was the fact that not only did I receive flexibility, but also a lot of trust right from the beginning. The trust I received from others strengthened my confidence as a developer and helped me to improve rapidly.
What’s unique about mindit.io is that from the very first day, you feel like you belong here and you’re not a stranger. Everyone will answer your questions and lend you a helping hand.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I joined the team as an intern, so everything was new to me, and my knowledge was basic. Looking back, even though only a year and a half has passed, I am a completely different person in terms of knowledge, and I eagerly accept any challenge.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I knew I made the right choice from the first week, just by observing the attitude, interactions and the overall mood of those around me.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
Almost every day is an ideal workday that starts off relaxed, with a good cup of coffee, and unfolds at my own pace from any chosen location.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
My team could be described in one word as “Balanced” because we manage to stay consistent and support each other when needed.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I wouldn’t necessarily want to swap roles with someone because I really enjoy what I do. Instead, I aspire to reach the level of knowledge and experience of our technical lead, Andrew Hutuleac.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
My favorite benefit is definitely minditNomad because it’s unique and gives us the opportunity to work from wherever we want. It surprises everyone who hears about it.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
I recommend anyone who wants to join mindit.io to do so without hesitation and have an open mind because here they will find everything and everyone they need to evolve, and they will learn a lot of things.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
While it may not be the most popular choice, I would opt for “Professional” because punctuality, seriousness, and trust are crucial values for me in all contexts.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I would love to establish both a clothing and fragrance line while maintaining my role as a software developer. I hope it will be possible to achieve this someday in this universe.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I encourage everyone to explore 2-3 personal development books, regardless of the specific titles, as I believe that recurring themes often converge towards common insights. Additionally, I recommend the TV series “The Boys” for its portrayal of a world where superheroes exist in a tough and more realistic setting, offering a reflection of our own reality.
Personally, I really enjoy discovering new places and indulging in unhealthy food, but it’s not something I would necessarily recommend to others.
