The office vibe is unique. It’s a cozy atmosphere, and the colleagues are great.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I’ve learned a lot since I started working in mindit.io, it was just me in the role and now I’m leading a team.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

When I met my team.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

An ideal day starts with a cup of coffee with my colleagues in the office courtyard, continues with finding the best solutions for both the company’s success and my personal growth and ends with the fulfilling feeling of having helped others.  

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Professional.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

I’d like to be a developer, to find solutions.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

My favorite benefit is minditNomad, as it embodies values like “put people first” and “authenticity”, I don’t know if other companies offer a similar benefit. Additionally, I’m directly involved in the organizational aspect, so I understand the amount of effort that goes into it.

What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?

I always speak with enthusiasm about mindit.io to my friends, former colleagues and acquaintances. I highly recommend joining mindit.io, as it offers excellent opportunities for development and growth and the working environment is great.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?

I resonate most with the value of ownership. Trust and freedom are great feelings and empowerment not only drives results but also makes you love your role.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

I would be a biologist or a research scientist to explore the world. Something like David Attenborough.

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

I like to read in a hammock in the park. I like history, fiction and adventure books, currently reading “The story of Gibraltar”. Outdoor activities are my way to relax.
