What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?

Starting my new role and spending my first seven days in Bucharest, I was welcomed by so many lovely and caring people. I’ve never encountered a company that manages to be both incredibly dedicated while maintaining such a deeply human approach to work and relationships.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

Taking on my first dedicated sales position has taught me valuable lessons about handling rejection and cultivating perseverance – skills that have shaped my professional growth.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

My most significant experiences with mindit.io actually happened before I started working here. It had never crossed my mind that mindit.io was hiring in Switzerland, but two key moments stand out. 

First, a highly respected colleague of mine, who is quite critical when it comes to evaluating work quality, would always speak about mindit.io with the highest admiration and was genuinely impressed by their delivered results. 

Second, about a year before Irina made me an offer, I had the chance to meet her in a private setting at a birthday party. We talked for hours, mostly about personal things, and I realized that she is a person I would enjoy working for (doesn’t happen every day).

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

What makes an ideal day at work for me is listening to our clients’ challenges, truly understanding their needs, collaborating with the team to develop solutions, and seeing that our efforts are genuinely appreciated.

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Busy.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

Eliza Ancuta. Executives manage everybody, but Executive Assistants manage the Executives. I think I would be surprised by how many things she is juggling at the same time.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

The new permanent office in Zurich. I love to leave the house in the morning and have a dedicated place for work.

What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
