What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?

I felt welcomed from the very first day. The work environment is friendly. You are encouraged to grow personally and professionally to suit your needs.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I started as a front-end intern. Due to the circumstances, I was encouraged to switch to BI/Data Engineering, and I’m grateful that I made the change. Now, I’m working with some of the latest technologies for one of the leading retailers in the market.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

I had a lot of support from my team when I joined the new project, and I’m always encouraged to step forward and grow.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

Going to the gym in the morning, drinking a cup of coffee before work, and ideally solving the tasks that are already progress and learning something new along the way, with highs and lows so you don’t get bored.

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Supportive!

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

With our office manager, so I can order and eat all the snacks by myself :)) But I would probably get caught when the candy drawer empties too fast. Well, anyway, it’s definitely more than just snacks and supplies. 
On a more serious matter, I don’t want to swap roles. I like what I do now.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

The Nomad benefit which allows us to work fully remote from anywhere.

What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

I would like to be a movie actor. I find it thrilling to build characters and tell stories in a manner that inspires and moves people. 

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

I would recommend Shutter Island for the plot. It’s a great movie. I like hanging out with friends and doing different activities, like going on a hike. It’s a great way to unwind and get some exercise.
