What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?

I initially began working at the sister company, Mindit Consulting. At that time, I was an informatics student, and at one point, I had the opportunity to interview for an internship at mindit.io. Almost four years later, it still seems unique and awesome to me how mindit.io gave me the opportunity to become a front-end developer.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

Diving into IT industry at mindit.io has been such a rewarding journey! I feel that I have experienced significant professional growth and learning. Also, the support of the team, along with the available resources, played an important role.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

From the very beginning, I sensed that I had made the right decision to work here. The people are incredibly open, helpful, friendly, and they encourage you to explore new things that contribute to your personal and professional growth. The supportive environment and positive atmosphere have consistently reinforced my belief that joining this workplace was indeed a great choice.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

An ideal workday for me is when I accomplish everything I planned in the morning, and on top of that, I learn something new. It’s like hitting two birds with one stone – feeling accomplished and picking up a bit of extra knowledge along the way. It’s these kinds of days that make work not just about tasks but also about professional growth and good vibes with the team!

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Dynamic.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?

If given the opportunity to switch roles, along with the required skills, I would choose to be a backend developer for a day to immerse myself in a typical workday and comprehend the thought process. As a frontend developer, I’m intrigued by what goes on behind the scenes.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

I believe my favorite benefit is Nomad but the Flexi anniversary benefit is also really cool.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?

I would choose “teamwork”. I enjoy working in an environment where people communicate effectively and support one another, not only during challenging moments but also during times of celebration.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

In an alternate universe, I would probably choose to be a psychologist. I consider myself a good listener, and I also have a genuine interest in understanding the intricate workings of the human mind.

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

I can’t pick a specific movie, but I love a psychological thriller or a good comedy. Currently, my favorite TV series are “Killing Eve”, “The Haunting of Hill House”, and “The Queen’s Gambit”. Each of them offers a unique and captivating story that has kept me hooked.
