What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?

Being so relaxed when going to the office, even if the job is fully remote, you still want to go because it’s so welcoming.     

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

My background is in Data Science, here I had the chance to learn about engineering and how to better organize in a project.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

From the first days at the office, when I met the colleagues and got a sense of the atmosphere here. Also when I learned about the projects that are happening here, I knew this was the right place for me to grow in.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

One in which I manage to fix an issue or get a result that I want, but also with a blend of pleasant conversations with my colleagues.

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Resourceful.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

Anyone from marketing or the more business oriented area. I’d like to learn more about that side as well.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?

Growing and learning. There are a lot of resources you can use and you have the freedom to choose the learning path you want. Besides resources, every day of working on a project involves learning something new.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

I would want to raise horses and probably run an equestrian center. I’ve always loved horses.

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

If you like detective/thriller books, I would definitely recommend the Millennium series, the first 3 books are the best. To relax I usually listen to music or watch a comfort movie.
