1. What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?  

mindit.io is simply different, you just feel it from the first discussion. I hoped for a cozy environment, office feeling like home and a great team. I got them all.

2. How have you grown professionally while on our team?  

Quite a lot. This is due to the fact that I am given the chance to see the bigger picture and contribute to strategic projects.

3. What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?    

During the first days, when I felt people were expecting me with joy and desire to do great stuff together.

4 How would you describe an ideal day at work?  

It would involve gathering with my entire team and working outdoors. We would solve operational stuff and we would also have time for a creative session. This ideal day already happened this month, looking forward to the next one!

5. In one word, how would you describe your team?

Fresh! And smart. And beautiful.

6. Which benefits are your favorite and why?  

Nomad houses and the Work From Anywhere policy. My dream to work a while from a sunny beach could finally come true 

7. What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?  

Come with an open mind and be ready to build your role & challenge yourself.

I will say Authentic. Everyone’s uniqueness is valued and I can see this in all our projects.

9. If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?  

I would probably design clothes and spend a great time with my clients, chatting in the showroom.

10. What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?  

All Gabor Mate’s books. To unwind, I’ll go for tennis.
