1. What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
I think that the experience of working in mindit.io is unique in itself, because here I found quality people from the beginning, who guided me, supported me and helped me to grow professionally during these years.
One of the most special things that I don’t know how often you find in other companies, is the fact that in mindit.io you have the freedom to build your own role and you can get involved in any initiative you want.
2. How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I can truly say that I have grown a lot professionally in these 3 years at mindit.io. When I joined the team, I was still at the beginning of the journey, and here I went through a lot of experiences that helped me become what I am today.
I had the opportunity to work in many technical, software development roles, to conduct interviews for different seniority and roles, to get involved in account management and people activities, to gain experience and knowledge that have helped me and will continue to help me.
3. What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
From the first days of collaboration, I realized that I made the right choice because I found here a completely different working atmosphere compared to my previous job.
I was welcomed with open arms and I quickly felt that I’m well integrated in the team.
4. How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal day of work for me always starts with the daily team meeting that we have every morning. Establishing the to do list in the morning and the satisfaction that comes later at the end of the day when I notice that I managed to complete all the proposed tasks.
Also, here I would add the opportunity to interact with colleagues, candidates and involvement in as many activities as possible.
5. What is your team like?
My team is the best team I could ever have!
If you ask me, I think that the Talent Acquisition Team in mindit.io really represents the definition of the word “team”.
We always have each other’s back, we work very well together, communicate effectively, share the tasks fairly and we help each other when one of us has a busy day. It’s a very pleasant and quiet working atmosphere, I hope that other teams in mindit.io share the same vibe.
6. Which benefits are your favorite and why?
My favorite benefit would be the Free Therapy Sessions provided by mindit.io and the designated days for wellbeing.
I believe that mental health must always come first, especially in our society and in this period we are living, with all the changes and events that have happened in recent years.
7. What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
I believe that any place deserves a chance, and until you get there you’ll never know what it’s really like.
For me mindit.io proved to be the right choice and I encourage all potential colleagues to give this place a chance because I’m sure it will be worth it.

8. If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
For sure, I would have a pub/restaurant where I would like to get involved, both in the kitchen and at the bar making cocktails.
In the remaining time, I would take care of my garden full of plants, vegetables and fruits. At some point in my life, I would like this dream to come true.
9. What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
It’s a hard choice to be honest because I watched many movies and TV shows that I liked, for the book I know for sure that my favorite is „Staring at the Sun”, written by Irvin D. Yalom.
For the movie this time I will choose „Green book” and TV show „Mindhunter”.
