Looking at these numbers, we’ve asked ourselves how we can decrease the attrition rate in the IT sector, by offering more well-deserved benefits to people that will join our team and be a part of the mindit community?
And here’s what we came up with:
Since the beginning of the pandemic, back in 2019, we realized that working remotely is the new standard.
And we quickly implemented it and made it our own. In fact, not only can the wonderful people that form the mindit.io community work from anywhere in the world, but they can also work from our own dedicated mindit Nomad homes.
These homes are available for any mindit.io team member all year round.
Anyone can work or enjoy a free vacation with their friends and family, at our nomad homes located in Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj, Sibiu, Comarnic, or Constanta.
You can work from anywhere in the world, or from one of the mindit Nomad homes. But we feel like that’s still not enough to offer our colleagues the perfect working environment.
That’s why we allow everyone to work on a flexible schedule because we understand that each one of us is different.
