1. What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
The whole concept to listen to what everybody has to say and put people first, is indeed unique and I love it. Something that happened to me? Well, I would say the fact that all my opinions were listened without being put aside like in other companies because of the courage to say things that others don’t think about. Here, the opposite happened, being involved more and more in all kind of stuff. I love it. This means, in mindit.io you can really be yourself and be appreciated.
2. How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I would say it’s a lot to write here, but mainly two big areas I grew in, working with people as a tech lead and working with clients being involved in a lot of business decisions.
3. What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
The moment Roxana answered all my questions during my interview 🙂 And believe me, I had a lot.
4. How would you describe an ideal day at work?
It all starts with a good specialty coffee, and continues with coworking with my colleagues from the office. I love socialising and I miss going to the office.
5. In one word, how would you describe your team?
Fun.
6. If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
Marketing for sure. Just for having different kind of posts on social media and LinkedIn for one day. To make everyone in the market look in our direction.
7. Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Working with German clients is a benefit for me 🙂 I enjoy working with them and exercising the German language. All my clients from the last 8 years were of German origin, and I chose companies and projects based on this.
8. What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
Be yourself and always say what you think. You might be surprised how important this is.

Teamwork! I am a team-player and I always say that anything can be solved with the right team behind.
10. If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
Handball player for sure. I played professional handball, but was forced to quit.
On the other hand, if that alternative universe is vastly different from ours, I think I would like to be someone’s spoiled house pet.
11. What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
My relaxation is based on running or other sports. Besides that, I hardly have time to read or watch a movie in the last years, but I still recommend any psychology books. We all have to learn something from those, and improve our life. Plus, it helps a lot in business.
