2. How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Since joining the team, I have experienced significant professional growth. I started at mindit.io fresh out of my bachelor’s degree and continued working while pursuing my master’s. I have had the wonderful opportunity to learn immensely from my mentor Mariana Vlase, who guided me throughout my finance journey, and Ioana Miron & Roxana Staneiu, who inspire me daily to advance in my project management career.
3. What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
The people at mindit.io have always made me feel like I am in the right place. I appreciate this experience daily and couldn’t be more grateful. It’s always about the company you keep.
4. How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal workday involves collaborating with my fantastic team, tackling challenging problems, and making substantial progress on our projects. When we are all aligned, the synergy is golden.

8. What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
“Authentic – being ourselves” & “Team – growing together” are two values that resonate with me the most. For me, they represent the perfect symbiosis; I couldn’t choose just one.
9. If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
In an alternative universe, I would certainly be an artist. I find great joy in pottery, drawing, knitting, and embroidery.
10. What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I recommend the movie “Inside Out” (2015). It can be quite comforting, especially when you are being too hard on yourself. Swimming is my way to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle.
