How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I’ve learned so much from every member of the team. From Vlad, I’ve learned to be more patient and positive. From Florin, I’ve gained resilience and strength. And from Dani, I’ve discovered how different marketing tools work and how to use them effectively. Each day feels like a new opportunity to grow.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

The moment I met my team. With each passing day, I felt more and more grateful to be part of mindit.io. Seeing how well we work together now, especially as a team of four, has only reinforced that feeling.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

An ideal day starts with my coffee in hand, a burning candle for a peaceful vibe, and a daily meeting with my team where we plan our tasks for the day. It’s a perfect balance of focus, collaboration, and calm.

In one word, how would you describe your team?

Loving.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

I’d definitely swap with Roxana Staneiu. I think the most surprising thing about her role would be the adrenaline-filled client meetings. It must be both challenging and exciting to manage those dynamics!

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

Remote work, without a doubt. I’m much more productive working from home because it’s quiet, and I can focus on creating strategies and thinking deeply about my work.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how do you live it?

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

I’d probably still work in marketing, but maybe in the fashion or beauty industry. I love creativity and strategy, and those fields would be a fun way to combine both.

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

I’d recommend the book Atomic Habits by James Clear—it’s a great read for personal and professional growth. For unwinding, I love listening to music and going for a swim or to the gym with my AirPods playing my favorite songs.
