My role at mindit.io has been very diverse and each task has been a valuable learning opportunity, contributing significantly to my skill set – especially my organizational skills, and overall professional development.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
The supportive environment at mindit.io immediately stood out to me because it encourages curiosity, innovation, and of course, continuous learning. I knew this was the perfect place for me to expand my knowledge and capabilities, setting a solid foundation for my career growth.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal day at work for me is filled with organized tasks, productive teamwork and positive interactions. It’s about making meaningful contributions and feeling accomplished by the end of the day. Also, a great start for the day is grabbing a coffee with my colleagues at the office.

Awesome.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?
Roxana Staneiu – Her role is very interesting to me and I would love to put myself in her shoes for a day and have her knowledge about relationship management, strategic thinking and navigating complex dynamics
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
I can say that mindit.io nomad is my favorite benefit as it gives us the opportunity to work from different locations and discover some of our country’s beautiful cities.
Another amazing benefit is accessing monthly therapy sessions, which I recommend to everyone for working towards their personal growth and well-being.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I always say that in another life, I would have been either a dancer or a singer.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I actually prefer TV series over movies, and my favorite way to relax is by watching a sitcom at the end of the day. I also enjoy a good sci-fi or thriller/horror series. Regarding books, my favorite one is “Flowers for Algernon” by Daniel Keys. It is a sci-fi novel about a mentally disabled man who undergoes an experimental surgery to enhance his intelligence. This book offers a thought-provoking exploration of what it means to be human.
