What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
From my point of view, what’s unique about mindit.io is the opportunity to work from anywhere you want with no restrictions.
I believe working from home is a great advantage because it saves you maybe a few hours a day from commuting to the office and back.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I got the chance to be in a very professional team from which I had the opportunity to learn lots of new technologies and improve the ones that I already knew.
I want to thank my colleagues for that and I hope that in the future I can continue to work with them.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
When I realized that my work is really appreciated.
And I will continue to work hard so that appreciation doesn’t fade.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal day at work would be one in which there are no issues with the production and everybody can work in peace.
But hey, where would the fun be?
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Great.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I think I would swap with someone from HR just to see what it involves, if it’s easy or not and if I could do it.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
My favourite benefit is minditNomad. I just like that you can visit the big cities of Romania and you know you have a place to stay(if you book in time of course).
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
Do it, you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain, so why think about it?

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
Respect. I believe everyone should respect and be respected no matter who they are or what job title they have.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I would be a fighter pilot.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I loved the show Black Mirror, it shows what the evolution of technology can do and not in a good way.
Not many people that I know watched it (some say it’s boring) but I would really recommend it.
