What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
Working here was an important decision that brought me a lot of peace of mind and joy. I think mindit people are unique.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Every day I learn and discover new things. I am lucky to work in an environment that encourages ownership. I was not used to this kind of autonomy, and I I just love it!
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
On 12th of December 2022- my first day in mindit.io.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
For me, the ideal day at work is just being at the office with the colleagues. For personal reasons, recently I’ve had a long period of working from home, and I must say I miss being there, with them. I just love the vibe of us working there, together, laughing, and talking about anything on our coffee breaks or over lunch.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
SMART.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I don’t know the answer to that question…yet.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
The learning budget. I think is really important that we are encouraged to grow and find new paths.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
Come with an open mind and open heart!

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
Flexibility. It made my life less stressful. I really needed that.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
Interior designer. I love to transform rooms. In the pandemic I did that with my entire house.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
If asked, I always recommend Tarantino. Of all his work, I just love “Death Proof”. Love the talks, the music, the justice. I relax watching Netflix in the evening and taking long walks on weekends, eating out, enjoy family and friends.
