What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
I have the freedom to choose my own learning path, and I love that I’m never alone—I always have a supportive team to turn to for advice. Each team member plays an important role in a larger puzzle, working together to provide complex insights to our users.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I have learned Microsoft technologies and data engineering, and I plan to obtain a new certification soon. Fingers crossed 🙂
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
At the beginning I felt overwhelmed by the complexity of the project, but when I start working with the team I realized that at mindit.io, I have all the tools and resources to maximize my potential, I learned something new each day.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal day at work begins with good food to fuel you for any challenges that may arise, and continues with not only getting the job done but also learning new skills along the way.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Synergy.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?
If I had to choose, I would choose to be a Data Scientist, not only analyzing the past but also predicting the future.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Training Budget and minditNomad: the former for opportunities to attend conferences and obtain new certifications, and the latter for the possibility to work by the sea or in the mountains. And the best of the best is work to from home.
What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and stay curious about the project, solutions, and technologies that are used.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I would like to be a chef with a Michelin star, cooking freshly harvest vegetables and bake unique and delicious deserts.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
Watching a cooking shows or reading a fantasy book like The Witcher.
