What truly makes it unique is the feeling you experience when you’re there. It’s a combination of people and atmosphere that makes you feel at home. mindit.io fills you with energy and inspiration.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
For me, this was my first job, and the fact that from the beginning the team warmly welcomed me and provided constant support helped me adapt quickly and develop my skills. Even in difficult moments, I felt that I always had support from the team.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
Since the beginning when I arrived at the office and met my team, I am grateful for this opportunity to work here.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal day at work would leave me feeling accomplished, energized and confident.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Dedicated.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I haven’t thought about it until now. I would probably try someone who works with SQL; it was one of my favorite subjects during college.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Definitely minditNomad. It is a great idea to work and visit other cities at the same time.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
Teamwork. I believe in the power of collaboration and recognize that achieving success often requires the collective efforts of a dedicated team.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I think I would be a makeup artist. To me, makeup is more than just enhancing a person’s physical appearance, it’s about giving confidence and strength to every woman.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I recommend The Lord of the Rings film series. I’m not sure if there’s anyone who hasn’t seen them, but they’re my favorites. For me, relaxation means spending time with my family and friends, doing various activities, going out to eat or watching a movie—nothing special, just being with them.
