What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
What is unique about mindit.io is that people have a very good energy no matter what we’re speaking about, work or activities outside work. You can take example and learn something from anyone in the community.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I feel I have grown a lot since joining mindit.io because it encourages you to take responsibilities, no matter we are talking about client projects or company side projects. The projects I was part of were also a significant part of my growth as I was able to implement technical solutions for QA like Automation frameworks. So being encouraged from the beginning to take responsibilities increased my technical abilities in a shorter period than usual.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I think it was after my technical interview when I had the final discussion with Andrada. I felt we have the same goals.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
The ideal day of work would be a warm spring day with the team in a place like Comarnic, working outside together. A more direct approach of refinement and planning as you can directly collaborate with your team during live development.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Vibrant.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I think someone in Sales/Business area. I am interested in learning more about the process of speaking with potential clients, understand their needs and be able to propose the most optimal software solution to cover both technical and user experience parts.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Nomad office and working from anywhere is the best benefit for me, because it allows you to travel at any point. You just need to get a good internet connection 🙂
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
Just do it!

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
Team is the value I felt the most. At every step people are ready to offer assistance if you need and there was a very good collaboration in every team I was part of.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
Space explorer, Astro-biologist, Time traveler, Quantum Engineer, Space Anthropologist. Any of this options sounds good for me.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
Any Guy Ritchie movie, Seinfeld/The Office as a TV show, Foundation – Asimov. To relax I like to read and play video games.
