The moment I knew I’d made the right decision to work at mindit.io was during my first team brainstorming session. It was refreshing to see such openness and creativity, and I felt immediately welcomed and valued.

How would you describe an ideal day at work?

An ideal day at work could also include a mix of structured and unstructured time. I’d love to kick off the day with some time dedicated to learning—maybe a workshop or a session where we explore new technologies or industry trends.

After that, diving into a team project where we can bounce ideas off each other would be energizing. I’d enjoy some hands-on collaboration, tackling challenges together.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?

If I had to choose, I would pick the role of a Data Scientist, diving deep into data to uncover insights and trends that shape decisions and drive future strategies.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?

One of my favorite benefits is the Training Budget, which allows us to pursue conferences and gain new certifications. Additionally, I really appreciate the minditNomad program, as it gives the freedom to work from inspiring locations like the beach or the mountains. What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how do you live it?

The value I feel most at mindit.io is “collaboration.” I experience it daily through open communication and teamwork, where everyone’s ideas are valued. I live this value by actively participating in discussions, supporting my colleagues, and fostering an inclusive environment. Whether it’s brainstorming sessions or project collaborations, I make it a point to engage with others and contribute positively to our shared goals.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be? 

In an alternative universe, I would love to be an astronaut, exploring distant planets and uncovering the mysteries of the universe. The thrill of traveling beyond Earth and experiencing the beauty of space firsthand would be amazing. I’d want to contribute to scientific discoveries and inspire future generations about the wonders of exploration!

What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind? 

I would definitely recommend Game of Thrones. The intricate storytelling, rich character development, and unexpected plot twists keep you hooked from start to finish. It’s a masterclass in world-building and political intrigue.

To relax and unwind, I enjoy playing games with my friends or taking walks outside to clear my mind and recharge!
