Our collaboration with Rotaract aims to champion a significant cause – providing high-performance hearing aids for young hearing-impaired children, offering them a chance to retain their hearing ability and seamlessly integrate into society and attend standard schools. Our mission is to rally awareness and funds for this impactful initiative through a race along the Dâmbovița river.
The race will commence when 5000 rubber ducks take the plunge into the river, commencing from the Hașdeu bridge, adjacent to Izvor Park. Each rubber duck symbolizes a step toward a brighter future, carrying the hope of improved quality of life for these deserving children.
Rotaract, a dynamic volunteer club, operates within local communities and universities, actively engaged in cultivating humanitarian and cultural projects. Their commitment to initiating positive societal change and impactful initiatives is evident in their active participation in various local and district-wide events, as well as international conferences.
