How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I have grown professionally by learning to work independently, with full support whenever needed. I appreciate the creative freedom to explore my ideas.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I knew I made the right decision to work here when I woke up one morning excited to start working on a project. Initially, I was surprised because I always had this idea that adults disliked their jobs, but I soon realized that I just found the right place to work.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
A perfect day starts with our team’s daily meeting…and coffee, of course.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Creative.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I would swap jobs with Roxana Staneiu. She is a role model of perseverance and determination, always radiating positivity. The dynamic nature of her job would likely be the most surprising.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
My favorite benefit is the learning budget because it gives me the support I need to grow professionally. You never realize how valuable it is until you have it.

A therapist. I’ve always been curious about the human mind and how it works.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
My favorite movie, which I will endlessly recommend, is “Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.” I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched it. It’s simply magical!
I usually relax with my dog on a long walk because it gives me time to recharge and breathe.
