What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
mindit.io feels more like a community, than like a job. Here I’ve been encouraged to shape my role based on my passions, to discover what I’m valued for and to express that as much as possible in my everyday job. And just like that I’ve transformed myself from a tech geek into sometimes being a mentor or a guide for others.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
My first project in mindit.io was like a bootcamp, where I had to quickly ramp up my skills and knowledge, but the beautiful thing here is that you always have people by your side that help (with an advice, with resources, or simply with a pat on the shoulder). The treasure is that you get to know people who know the right people.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
It was the moment when my colleagues believed in me more than I did in myself.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
That would be one of the special days with events in the office, it’s a good opportunity to meet my colleagues in a relaxed and fun environment.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Hardworking.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?
If I could I would trade places with a KAM or a Portfolio Manager, as I secretly believe that they have some special powers which they use to persuade others… They have such big responsibilities but they make it seem so easy.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Mental health days off – because I never get tired of vacations.
What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
Leave aside any assumptions and give it a try with an open mind.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
Authentic – I try to stay true to myself with all everyday decisions, even if they are job related or personal and I see this always helps when working within a team.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I would be a school teacher – honestly, this was my first intention when I was a little girl.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I recommend “Lord of the Rings”, first the book, then the movie, I loved them both, I love the fantasy world they depicted. And the best way for me to relax reading a good book at the early hours in the morning.
