What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
Ever since I joined mindit.io, I loved the autonomy one has in its daily activity and in its journey: you don’t hear “we don’t do this here” and you are allowed to try, to explore and to discover something new about your role every day, this is something I have never seen before and that I really appreciate.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Being at mindit provided me with the context to grow in many different directions: from “tangible” actions, such as supporting my career and learning plans and obtaining different certifications, to the small steps that I feel that I do every day together with my team, all these contribute to the future self I want to become (I do know where I see myself in 5 years :D).
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
Well, even though I had to do a pros and cons list before deciding to come to mindit and I was a little afraid of the unknown after having spent a few years in the previous company, I realized pretty quickly after joining that I made the right decision to work here.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
Starting the day with a good coffee and some banana bread, at the office with my team discussing all the ideas we have and making lots of jokes at the same time.
I wouldn’t say no to a work & fun Nomad trip with the team either, maybe to Comarnic, Constanța or, why not, abroad. 😀
In one word, how would you describe your team?

If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I think it would be Lucia Stoicescu: she never ceases to impress me with her professionalism mixed with kindness, all while having such a strategic role, she is a mix that I have never seen before and that I really appreciate.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
I could say Nomad, but because I think everyone mentioned it already, I will go with mindit Flexi – which is basically travel budget that increments at every 2 years spent in the company – I feel that this supports even more our Nomads culture.:)
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
To stop thinking and come aboard: we have quite a few open roles and, even if there isn’t a perfect fit now, they can always contact my recruitment colleagues (hint: they’re the nicest recruitment team you will ever meet) and I’m pretty sure the girls will find a way now or a bit later.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
There are actually two of them that go hand in hand for me and are equally important. I am talking about “Team” and “Authentic “, because I couldn’t imagine myself working without being surrounded by people (and I found the best here) and because I also couldn’t work in an environment in which you are not encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
Cooking, definitely! As my husband says, “cooking is my superpower” – it is the one thing that helps me get rid of any negative energy, stress, or tiredness.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
A book that someone recommended me many years ago and that I would also give back to anyone wanting to become a manager is “The one minute manager” by Ken Blanchard.
