What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
I find it truly unique that here at mindit.io, if you want to learn something entirely new or switch careers, and explore different business areas, people really put effort into making it happen and bringing up opportunities. There are no closed doors in one’s learning path.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Yes, within the mindit.io team, I’ve experienced unprecedented professional growth. I’m surrounded by inspiring people who exemplify authentic development journeys, each of whom is always open to sharing and mentoring. Here, I not only have a great environment to ask questions and explore but also a space where I can make mistakes and learn without fear of judgment.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
The day I faced a difficult situation outside of work that I needed some time to process. My team responded with incredible support, they were all like “Take all the time you need. Don’t worry about a thing here, we’ve got you covered. Your well-being is the most important thing.”
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
Starting my day as the sun rises (since I’m an early bird), organizing my agenda, and joining my daily team meeting—the highlight of my day. Then spending the rest of the day focused on achieving our desired results and outcomes, ending it with a wrap-up of our team’s accomplishments. And of course, sprinkled here and there, coffee and chocolate.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Inspiring.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?
I would love to swap roles with Mona Hristachi – she is the master of our Delivery area, and her professional oversight exemplifies outstanding leadership and performance.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Firstly, flexibility because it empowers me to take ownership of how I work and deliver results, while also achieving a better balance between my professional and personal life.
Secondly, the learning budget which is dedicated to my growth and development.

If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
In another world, I would spend my days exploring marine life as an ocean researcher.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
I’m more of a book person, and I would recommend ”The Four Tendencies” by Gretchen Rubin. I find it indispensable to understand how people, including ourselves, naturally respond to expectations (external and internal). The book outlines four personality tendencies that shape our behavior in both personal and professional settings.
