What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
First thing that comes to my mind about what happened here, and also the one that I will always remember about mindit.io is that it was my first full-time job after faculty graduation and people I initially interacted with enhanced my passion for front-end programming and working with an organized team in a real complex project.
What I consinder unique about mindit.io is the friendly and relaxed environment that I felt since the beginning.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Starting as an intern front-end developer with the opportunity to work in a new team for a project that was implemented from scratch meant a lot for my professional experience, especially that I was working near some very skillful seniors.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
The moment that I knew I’ve made the right decision to work here, on this position, was at the same time I realized that we make good progress with our new project, my first project, and I can improve my knowledge while also applying what I’ve already known.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
I would say it depends if that day is either from the office or working remotely. Generally, I work from home, but, for both, the ideal working day starts with a coffee cup enjoyed during the morning daily meeting. After that, I think would love my day to be split into an individual working session and a pair programming session.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
I would describe my team as “helpful”, because they are always there doing their best in helping you when you need it.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
If swapping jobs would come also with knowledge I would totally swap my role with one of the front-end technical leads I’ve met until now. They are very experienced programmers who every time know how to take good decisions and those choices inspire me in my learning process.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
My favorite benefit is for sure minditNomad, because it gives you opportunity to visit different cities and meet people you are working with on a daily basis.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
I encourage everyone to join mindit.io if they want to grow professionally, surrounded by a welcoming community.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
The value I feel here and I think this is a necessity for a healthy working relationship is “equilibrium”. By that I’m referring to the right balance between the potential stress implied by loads of work and the good management of all this assignments.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
If I could ever choose between all of the professions I would choose to be an aircraft pilot. However, more realistically speaking, I would probably still use computer or technology for my occupation, even if that doesn’t imply programming.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
There are many TV shows that I liked a lot, but one of the most-liked I’ve ever watched is “Vikings”. I’m enjoying this kind of TV show and I’m also impressed by Norse mythology or Scandinavian mythology.
Who would you tag next to be interviewed by us?
I would like to tag my teammate David Chiriac.
