At mindit.io I found a work environment focused on career growth, continuous development and finding ways to improve yourself.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I started as an Intern 3 years ago. Since then, I had the opportunity to work with a supportive team and cutting-edge technologies that helped me grow both personally and professionally.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
After the internship period, I realized mindit.io has a long-term vision for the employee development.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
The ideal day starts with 2 coffees so I can find the Power On button on my laptop. The daily meetings are the place where the productivity starts and it ends once the tasks are completed.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Supportive.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?
I don’t think I would swap jobs. I would like to continue grow in the BI team and become a good Data Engineer.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
One of my favorite benefits at mindit.io is working from home. I also like the holiday benefit because we get to travel around the world. Basically, mindit.io gives you the freedom you need.
What advice would you give anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
You should try it! You will get the chance to join and work with professional team that are willing to help you grow and reach your professional goals.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how do you live it?
Teamwork is the value that brings together different skills that I would not get if I was just on my own. Collaborating with the team help me increase team bonding, learning, development and a greater sense of achievement.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I would be a professional volleyball player. I played volleyball for almost 5 years.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
My favorite Netflix serial is Another Self. Most of Friday’s evenings are spent watching Netflix and drinking a good glass of wine.
