What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
What I like most about mindit.io is its culture. It encourages us to bring value by doing our job in a manner that suits us and finding ways of improving our skills day by day.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
For me, a great team is the most important thing to look for when working considering that we spend so much time with our colleagues. Sincerely, as a part of this team , I have the opportunity to listen to different points of view, choose together the best option and feel that I add a puzzle piece to a big picture. Having a team that motivates you to learn more and more is the key to come everyday with the desire to evolve.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I think that it was when my job was described as “round” because it gives me the chance to learn from so many areas that there are always new things to do.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
An ideal day is when I get to do better the things that I know and also search for new information that could help me.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
Supportive.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why? What do you think would be the most surprising thing about their role?
I would like to be in Anastasia Turcan’s shoes for a day because I have always seen her so concentrated in all her calls, evolving in her role in mindit.io , but also full of joy everytime we meet. I am sure that she is doing a hard work, but she makes the best of it.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
I would say that my favourite benefit is the monthly therapy sessions. I find it helpful for each of us to take the time to talk about ourselves and analyse our feelings and perceptions.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking about joining mindit.io?
I would advice them to be open to new things and keep themselves flexible not only at the workplace, but in life in general.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how you do you live it?
Being authentic and having autonomy encourages me to stand for my opinions and be more me everyday.
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
I haven’t thought about that until now, but I do love watching how houses are redecorated, so I can say that I would like to be an interior designer and also a landscape architect so I can make people’s yards full of flowers.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
“Lie to me” series had a great impact on how I see people’s reactions to different situations. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in psychoanalysis. Relaxation for me means time spent in the mountains with family and friends. I believe that quality time with my loved ones brings me the greatest peace.
