What’s something that happened to you that can only happen here? What’s unique about mindit.io?
In these 2 and a half years I’ve worked on very diverse projects and learn things in areas that I hadn’t even initially thought of. At mindit.io, I find it truly unique that if you want to learn something new or switch careers, people really put effort into making it happen.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Initially I joined the team as Office Admin and after almost a year I had the opportunity to transition into a Financial Analyst role. This shift allowed me to explore new areas, take on fresh challenges, and learn a lot along the way.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I knew from the first days that this was the right place, but as I got to know my team better, this was confirmed even more strongly.
How would you describe an ideal day at work?
It definitely starts with good coffee – very important! Ideal somewhere warm and cozy, maybe even in summer on a terrace.
In one word, how would you describe your team?
It’s hard to pick just one word, but if I had to, I’d say balanced. We’ve got a great mix of calm, energetic, technical, and creative people – and somehow, it all just clicks naturally.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in mindit.io for a day, who would it be and why?
I think I would like to swap for a day with someone from a more technical area. I find it super interesting how they think things out from the back end, build solutions and solve challenges. I’m sure I’d discover a lot of things that you don’t see at first glance.

What is the mindit.io value you feel the most and how do you live it?
For me, the value that is most strongly felt is continuous growth. It’s present in the way we learn from each other, in the projects where we challenge ourselves to break out of our routines, and in the support we receive to constantly develop – both professionally and personally
If you could do anything else for a living, in an alternative universe, what would that be?
Painter.
What movie, book, or TV show would you recommend? How do you relax and unwind?
Dexter (TV Show). And for relaxation… a walk, swimming or maybe a boardgame with friends.
