Two agile teams worked in unison, leveraging their knowledge of the existing integration platform and business architecture. Using CI/CD pipelines, delta deployments, and comprehensive testing practices, the teams ensured seamless transitions while maintaining live services. We replaced SOAP services with RESTful APIs and used TIBCO BW6’s out-of-the-box connectors for standard integration needs. In complex cases, custom plugins and components were developed for specific data transformation scenarios. Communication was secured using HTTPS, role-based user authentication, and platform-level access management.
