For this role:
We are looking for a curious and creative person to join our ranks as a QA Engineer. You will be working alongside a team of other accomplished engineers across a variety of products to bring value together to our medical industry project.
Location & Work setup:
This position requires relocation to Zurich, Switzerland, for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. The role will be fully on-site at our client’s Zurich office, providing an excellent opportunity to immerse oneself in a dynamic international work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Conduct thorough testing for e-commerce projects to ensure functionality, usability, and performance
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution
- Apply strong QA methodologies, tools, and processes to improve software quality
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methodologies
- Effectively communicate test findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain well-organized documentation of test cases, results, and QA processes
What are we looking for:
- Over 3 years of experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Previous experience in E-commerce projects
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of SQL
- Well organized
- Fast learning
- Creative thinking
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (JMeter, Tosca, Selenium, etc.)
- Postman / Swagger knowledge (REST API)
