The discovery sprint (4 weeks, fixed price of 10,000 EUR) produces a validated architecture, a data model, and a delivery roadmap, stress-tested against the client’s own data before the main contract starts. The delivery program typically runs 3 to 6 months depending on scope. Ongoing support and platform evolution follow. Clients who begin with the discovery sprint reduce delivery risk because the architecture is validated before committing to the full program. The discovery sprint is available in English and German.
