Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and long-term workforce planning
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from employer branding and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding, with a strong focus on IT and technology roles
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, actively engaging in recruitment activities when needed to ensure high-quality hires and strong delivery across roles and geographies
- Lead, mentor and inspire the recruitment team, promoting transparency, trust, and collaboration across all initiatives
- Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and an excellent candidate experience
- Partner closely with leadership and business stakeholders to align hiring priorities, workforce planning, and talent needs with organizational goals
- Drive international recruitment efforts, supporting business expansion and ensuring consistent practices across regions
- Introduce creative, data-driven sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s visibility and attract diverse, top talent
- Use recruitment analytics and market insights to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Business teams to design and deliver impactful hiring campaigns and talent programs
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and talent availability
- Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking to continuously enhance the recruitment function and its impact on business success
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, within the IT or technology sector
- Proven track record in both defining and implementing recruitment strategies that drive business growth and organizational development
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple levels and geographies
- Strong background in process design, optimization, and alignment of recruitment practices with business needs
- Experience in international recruitment; previous involvement in opening or scaling new centers abroad is a plus
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and innovative mindset, with a passion for delivering tangible results
- Fluency in English
