About the role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM and Customer Care
- Design and implement declarative solutions (Flows, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Record Types, etc.) to address complex challenges effectively
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and new features
- Manage end-to-end client project requirements, from grooming and solution design to testing, deployment, and documentation
- Perform data management tasks, including data migration, cleansing, and maintenance
- Provide best practice recommendations for system scalability and maintenance and make technical decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring user satisfaction and platform stability
- Ensure Salesforce security and compliance configurations align with client and regulatory standards
- Continuously monitor new Salesforce features and recommend enhancement
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations
- Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and third-party integrations
- Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset)
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer, or equivalent) are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
