About the role:
As a Sales Executive with mindit.io, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening our client relationships. Your solid experience and well-established network in these markets will be essential for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding our client portfolio. Ideally based in Bucharest, you will collaborate closely with the senior management team, contributing to the development of sales strategies, market positioning, and the negotiation of impactful deals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Engagement:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to understand business needs and propose customized solutions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and strategic partners within the target industries, with a pre-existing relevant network in Romania and Austria considered a strong advantage
- Secure regular meetings with potential clients, leveraging both your existing network and newly generated qualified leads
High-Value Deal Negotiation:
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Lead end-to-end sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Present mindit.io’s services and solutions in a compelling and consultative manner, working closely with internal teams to shape proposals
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities in CRM tools
- Manage and prioritize leads to ensuring a steady and well-structured sales pipeline
- Provide regular progress updates and insights to the management team on sales performance
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging sectors of interest
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of sales approaches and go-to-market strategies to meet growth objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development within the software services industry, preferably across Romania and Austria
- Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions and how they can support clients’ business goals
- Established network of contacts and relationships within relevant industries or sectors
- Experience in developing new markets, identifying key accounts, and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Creative, adaptable, and persistent with a strong hunter mindset
- Advanced English language skills; German is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when required
