Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition across the DACH region, focusing on enterprise clients in Retail and BFSI
- Support the creation and implementation of account-based marketing (ABM) programs to engage decision-makers within key accounts, increasing awareness and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for priority verticals and target segments
- Contribute to market segmentation and account prioritization using insights from customer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns — including digital, content, social media, email, events, and webinars — to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Create and manage marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and sales enablement materials aligned with business objectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Work hands-on with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to monitor performance and optimize ROI
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within budget
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, partners, and industry associations
- Provide market and competitor insights to guide strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to enterprise or account-based marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of the Retail and/or BFSI sectors, with awareness of market dynamics and customer behavior (experience in the DACH region is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (Pipedrive), and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and business development teams
- Fluency in English; German is considered a plus
