Junior Office Admin

About the Team:

Finance Legal Admin facilitates internal projects and offers support to all colleagues. Includes Finance, HR, Office Admin, Purchasing & Travel, Legal & Compliance, and everything non-technical in a technical company. The position is based in the Bucharest Office, near Universitate metro station.

Responsibilities:

Office supplies, kitchen, marketing acquisition, working with suppliers
Assist with business travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
Office maintenance
Offer support to the finance team
Handle logistics for meetings and events
Offer support to all colleagues
Offer support for people projects
Assist in planning and coordinating office events, workshops, teambuilding and other events

What are we looking for:

Bachelor’s degree required
1 year of similar experience, volunteering experience counts
Proficiency level of English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers, partners and colleagues
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
