About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reactive Supporting Specialist with ETL with the ability to deliver 1st and 2nd line support.
What are we looking for:
- Demonstrated ability as a full-stack developer, covering both frontend and backend development
- Experience in quality process management and configuration/operations/maintenance of deployed applications (Docker, Kubernetes with Helm/Rancher)
- Expertise in data quality analysis and maintenance of data repositories (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proven skills in testing and automatic testing for large IT projects
- Experience integrating and managing geospatial data
- Proficiency with ETL tools (FME from Safe.com, version 2020.x onwards)
- Ability to provide training and develop training materials, technical specifications, and reports
- Experience in documentation writing and updating
- Ability to deliver 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with DevOps and data management tools
- Experience with enterprise IT support processes
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack features across both frontend and backend components
- Oversee quality assurance processes and support configuration, operation, and maintenance of deployed applications using Docker and Kubernetes (Helm/Rancher)
- Monitor, analyse, and improve data quality across multiple repositories, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Design and execute testing strategies, including automated tests, for large-scale IT projects
- Integrate, manage, and validate geospatial datasets used across the platform
- Build and maintain ETL workflows using FME (2020.x or newer)
- Deliver training sessions and create supporting materials such as technical documentation, specifications, and reports
- Write, update, and maintain system documentation and operational guides
- Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support for users and internal teams
- Collaborate with DevOps teams and support enterprise IT processes related to deployments, data management, and incident resolution
