About the Team:
Finance Legal Admin facilitates internal projects and offers support to all colleagues. Includes Finance, HR, Office Admin, Purchasing & Travel, Legal & Compliance, and everything non-technical in a technical company. The position is based in the Bucharest Office, near Universitate metro station.
Responsibilities:
- Office supplies, kitchen, marketing acquisition, working with suppliers
- Assist with business travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Office maintenance
- Offer support to the finance team
- Handle logistics for meetings and events
- Offer support to all colleagues
- Offer support for people projects
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events, workshops, teambuilding and other events
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of similar experience, volunteering experience counts
- Proficiency level of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers, partners and colleagues
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
