About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Talend Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining seamless data integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. You will work on a high-impact project in the retail and luxury domain, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing the efficiency of sales and customer management processes

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines in Talend, integrating data between Salesforce Sales Cloud and other systems
Build and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud components, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and Lightning components
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems
Optimize Talend jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability in large-scale data environments
Implement and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP services
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ETL processes and Salesforce configurations
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design diagrams, data flow maps, and integration specifications
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver business-critical features on time

What we are looking for:

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud development and customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
Experience as a Talend Developer with strong ETL design and development skills
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Experience working with Salesforce APIs and data migration tools
Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks, including configuration, user management, and security setup
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international, fast-paced environment
